It was our first time here but may not be our last. This is a great family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. Two descently sized pools and plenty of sunbeds to go round. We heard one or two complaints about the food, although we didn't have any issues. Plenty of fresh options. Bars are kept well stocked. If on the all inclusive then the majority of cocktails aren't included, but are offered at a reduced price of €3. Otherwise plenty of other options. Stand pasado attraction at this hotel has to be the animation team. Luigi and his small team do a fantastic job. Our little one had an absolute blast thanks to the nightly kids disco and other events. Hotel is also perfectly located a few minutes walk from the beach and a number of bars. Have no issue in recommending this hotel as a great family hotel. Close

Nice hotel complex, the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. The kids entertainers were brilliant and definitely put a smile back on my kids' faces. Rooms are a nice size and comfortable, but the walls are really thin. No Beer/Larger or soft drinks available in the restaurant. You have to pay to use TV in room and pay for WiFi. But these are only minor things. We are extremely grateful for the hotel taking us in and rescuing our holiday.
While the organized cycling works beautifully, some of our travelers mention they'd like extra time to really get to know the Particular culture at each stop. For the best experience, plan your trip during late spring from May to June or early fall in September - you'll find pleasant temperatures, fewer tourists and also lovely seasonal colors. On the last day they served undercooked turkey burgers. Nobody enjoyed the food. The reception area looks nice until your showed to your room which looks like something demodé holiday packages of a 1950’s horror movie. Filthy rooms, filthy floors, stains everywhere. No iron in room or even kettle The Particular Turkish people are only interested in grabbing your cash and if you don’t buy anything from them/benefit them they’re nice facade soon slips. They’re also very sleazy. Would never come back here.
BUT after they treated the room, it turned trasnochado that I didn't need to move, and I went on to have a great week. The room was huge and beds are large and comfortable. I would struggle with the cieling fan in summer as its super loud. but Figura it's January I didn't have use it. . Shower just needed to have shower head holder repaired but wonderful hot power shower. Great size fridge and lovely size balcony. Great extra having a clothes house on each balcony to dry swim wear. The rooms were cleaned 5 times in our 7 night stay which was great. Beds were made, floors mopped and fresh towels. The food at first I felt it was laking but Triunfador the week went on it got better and better. By the end of the week I look back pleasantly on lovely meals I had. Some really interesting food options and we always had something to eat. Really enjoy the duck and lamb dishes. Smoothies and omelettes. The pool area was great, both pools were a nice size and was a lovely area. Plenty sunbeds never struggled even with the standard sunbed stealers. Great music around the pool and the heated pool made such a difference to my son, great Vencedor u could spend ages in there.
